Shipping Policy

 Orders and deliveries will be processed and shipped on the same day if placed before 3 pm MST and deliveries can be made during shop hours ONLY.

Shop operational hours goes as follows:

Monday- Friday 10-6:00 PM; Sat 10-5 PM and Sunday 11-5 PM

Receipts will be sent via  text message, email, or thru the website app. Please request a hard copy of the receipt and we can include it in the package. Tracking numbers will be sent either thru text message, email and/or thru  website.

Please contact us immediately if any information has been entered incorrectly or any issue has occurred. You can always reach us @ 520-250-5510 thru a text message or phone call. Staff replies to text messages only during normal business hours. After hours, please call shop phone number for a response.

Orders are mailed through USPS Priority shipping. Express Priority shipping is available upon request-additional rates will apply for next day air. Other shipping carriers are possible but fees may apply.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

On all catalog items we require that the customer contact us within at least thirty (30) days of receipt of product in order to qualify for refund or exchange. Arizona Kratom does not assume the responsibility of return shipping costs on any merchandise (defective or otherwise.) Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
