Shipping Policy
Orders and deliveries will be processed and shipped on the same day if placed before 3 pm MST and deliveries can be made during shop hours ONLY.
Shop operational hours goes as follows:

Monday- Friday 10-6:30 PM; Sat 10-6 PM and Sunday 11-5 PM

Monday-Friday 9-6 PM; Sat and Sun 10-5 PM
*Vending machine is open 24 hours at 5th St.
Receipts will be sent in the package or sent as a text or email to customer only. Tracking number will be sent either thru text message, email and/or website.
Please contact immediately if any information has been entered incorrectly or any issue has occurred. You can always reach us @ 520-250-5510 thru a text message or phone call.
Orders are mailed through Priority shipping USPS. Express Priority shipping is available upon request.
Return & Exchange Policy
On all catalog items we require that the customer contact us within at least thirty (30) days of receipt of product in order to qualify for refund or exchange. Arizona Kratom does not assume the responsibility of return shipping costs on any merchandise (defective or otherwise.)
